My name is Tracie. I am a 29 year old, hard of hearing, single
mom of a 9
year old hearing son. I have had hearing problems since the age
of 9. I had
7 pairs of tubes put in my ears and just got my hearing aids about 4
years
ago. Doctors advised me to learn sign language now so that I can
teach my
son and my family, so that is what I am doing. I would really
like to meet
other deaf or hard of hearing people to make friends with. The
