Deaf Ministries International

Deaf Ministries International is a Christian Mission to the deaf started in Korea in 1979 by Neville and Lill Muir. They currently work in about 20 countries.

Some of their projects are:

A wood workshop in the country of Burundi

A sewing business for women with AIDS in Kenya

Sticky Rice cart businesses operated by deaf people in Thailand.

Deaf Ministries International now owns a rubber plantation near the city of Cagayan De Oro in northern Mindanao, PHILIPPINES. They have planted 1800 rubber trees with another 500 still to be planted later. The goal of the rubber plantation is to earn money to make the work of the ministry continue longer.
