James asks Ann about her friend Tom

 

James: How are you?

 

Ann: I am fine, thanks you?

 

James: I am fine too.

 

James: It was nice meeting you last Sunday. I did not see you since then.

 

Ann: Well, I have been busy showing my cousin Tom around, who has come to visit me.

 

James: I see. Where does he come from?

 

Ann: Well, he comes from Mexico.

 

James: Oh good. Does he speak French?

 

Ann: No, he doesn't.

 

James: What language does he speak?

 

Ann: He speaks Spanish, but he is good at English.

 

James: What does he do?

 

Ann: He is a doctor.

 

James: Does he work at a hospital?

 

Ann: No, he doesn't rather he runs his private clinic.

 

James: Okay. What does he like doing?

 

Ann: He likes reading books on Medicine, playing golf and making friends.

 

James: He has got quite good interests.

 

Ann: Yes, he has.

 

James: What does Tom's father do?

 

Ann: He is a Professor at a Mexican University.

 

James: That's great. How does he compare Mexican culture with English culture?

 

Ann: Well, he thinks the two are quite different from each other.

 

James: Really.

 

Ann: Yes, but he says he enjoys this variation.

 

James: I see.  Does he want to do higher study in Medicine?

 

Ann: Yes, he has plans to undertake higher studies.

 

James: What does he want to specialize in?

 

Ann: He wants to study Oncology.

 

James: Oncology? What does it deal with?

 

Ann: Well, it's study of cancer related diseases.

 

James: I see.  Well, I have got to post a letter to one of my friends, so see u tomorrow.

 

Ann: See you bye.

 

James: See you bye.
