Who Is Man?

by Polly Griffin

Man is a son of God!!

Luke 3:38 (KJV) "Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God."

Malachi 2:10 "Have we not all one father? Hath not one God created us?"

Nothing is beyond the capabilities of man

St. Matthew 17:20 "And Jesus said unto them, `Because of your unbelief: For verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.'"

Luke 17:6 "And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you."

Matthew 14:28-3 "And Peter answered Him and said, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water."

So He said, `Come.' And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, `Lord, save me!'

And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him,`O ye of little faith, why did you doubt?'"

Man consists of three divisions

1 Thess. 5:23 "And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Genesis 2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."

The body is a house for the light

1 John 1:5 "This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all."

1 Corinthians 3:16 "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the spirit of God dwells in you?"

Matthew 10:19-20 "But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you shall speak: for it shall be given you in the same hour what you shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you."

Where does the light dwell within the body?

When we look at the anatomy of man, we see that man is made of millions and millions of cells.

Each cell has a nucleus. I believe this is the dwelling place of the light (Spirit of God).

The nucleus takes in nourishment through its pores and the light converts it into nuclear energy.

This nuclear energy is under the control of the brain. It travels throughout the nervous system and the cells obey its commands. I believe this nuclear energy that flows through our nervous system is the soul of man.

Man has been designed as a dwelling place for the Spirit of God (the Light).

For a light to burn it must have fuel. Therefore we must eat foods.

The Digestive System:

Our food is broken down into useable components by the digestive system.

The Respiratory System:

For any light to burn it must have oxygen. The function of the respiratory system is to inhale oxygen from the air.

The Circulatory System:

This is the transportation system of the body. It carries the food and other products made from the food to all the cells of the body.

The Skeletal System:

This is to give the house a structure.

The Muscular System:

Muscles are needed to make the structure of the house moveable and able to perform tasks.

The Endocrine System:

These organs turn the food into by-products that are needed by the cells that control growth and metabolism.

The Lymphatic System:

Returns tissue fluid to the blood system and its organs create immunity and forms blood cells.

The Urinary System :

This system collects and eliminates the liquid waste.

The Nervous System:

This is a two-way communication system: (1) from the brain to the cells and (2) from the cells to the brain. The nervous system reflects all of our thoughts, emotions, and sensitivities both consciously and subconsciously.

The Reproductive System:

We are given the ability to reproduce ourselves.

Sickness, suffering, and death not God's will.

Man, because he is a son of God, was designed to live forever without sickness and suffering and death. God gave Adam and Eve the right to make a choice. They could follow Him and live forever or they could eat of the forbidden fruit and suffer sickness and death.

I believe we still have that same design today and have within us the capability of living without sickness, suffering and death. . However, since the sin of Adam and Eve, We have lost our way. We have lost the benefit of the Tree of Knowledge. God sent His heavenly son, Jesus to earth to lead us back to paradise.

God gave me the Edeus Health Method to give to the world.

In May 1975, the Edeus Health Method was discovered quite by accident. There was no doubt in my mind where this great discovery came from. Therefore, I named it the "Edeus Health Method." "Edeus" is derived from the Latin meaning "from God."

Edeus Health Method brings about self-healing in many, many conditions.

It does two major things:

1. It brings the body into balance. When the body is in balance:

a. Fevers falls

b. Pain leaves

c. Cells regain their ability to function

d. Toxins drain out.

2. It restores the body to its normal alignment:

a. Body organs become untwisted and their normal placements restored.

b. Ducts become unblocked.

Our intelligent cells!!!

When our cells are functioning normally, they have the ability to choose what enters them. They can take from the blood stream the substances that they need and reject the substances that they do not want!!! They have the ability to resist invading germs and viruses!!

Today I have learned  that this ability is dependent upon the communication that they are receiving from the brain through the nervous system.

If the brain is sending out stressed thoughts to the cells, or there is interference in the nervous signals along the nerves leading to the cells, they will:

1. lose their ability to select the proper substances from the blood stream

2. lose their ability to eject their waste products.

3. become unable to do the job they are intended to do and this effects other cells that are dependent upon those products

4. become weakened

5. unable to resist invading germs and viruses

There are several causes that produce interference upon the nervous system such as:

1. stressed thoughts

2. misalignments of the vertebras in the spinal column

3. electrical storms

4. some chemicals

5. becoming chilled

6. etc.
